The cocoa beans in this bar come from a 500-hectare farm on the west coast of Ecuador. The farm's goal is the preservation of the once endangered "Arriba Nacional" cocoa. Chocolate with a smooth texture, with a slightly tangy taste of fresh fig and hazelnut.
