Venezuelan bean,

Flavour profil: Toasted Hazelnuts, Dark Caramel.

Seboruco cocoa is grown in tiny quantities in 124 small family farms located south of Lake Maracaibo in Venezuela, in the western foothills of the Andes Mountains near the Colombian border. Some of these farms are ancestral, hence the high percentage of "Criollo" strain beans which contribute to the finesse of the aromas in this bar with the good taste of chocolate, roasted hazelnuts and dark caramel.
