The cocoa beans in this bar come from farms located in Dak Lak Province, in the Central Highlands of Vietnam, at an altitude of 600 meters. Dak Lak is also known as the coffee capital of Vietnam. In fact, the flavor profile of the beans evokes lemon, cherry, fresh plum, and hints of mocha (coffee/chocolate).
The chocolate has a smooth texture with notes of roasted nuts and black coffee.
