This deep purple/blue treat melts gently in the mouth with milky and fruity aromas. It contains 40% Venezuelan cocoa butter and freeze-dried wild Quebec blueberries. I kept the total sugar level (including milk lactose) around 37%...far from the sweet vanilla perfumed white chocolate of my childhood!!!
