“Dark Milk” is a milk chocolate with a high cocoa content, therefore tastier and less sweet than tradicional milk chocolate. The cocoa beans used in this bar come from the Ariari region in central Colombia. The addition of cardamom gives it a  light camphor touch which goes well with its notes of black caramel and dulce de letche.
