The cocoa beans in this bar come from an alliance between a family farm and a cooperative in the province of Chanthaburi, in eastern Thailand, on the border with Cambodia. Their aromatic profile reveals aromas of tropical fruits, pineapple and mango. This chocolate is creamy on the palate, with a beautiful fruity acidity of ripe pineapple and a touch of salted caramel brought by the fleur de sel.
